I am NOT a Vegetarian, a Vegan, or a Paleoan
I eat a Whole Food Plant Based diet with no dairy products, no added salt, oil, or sugar (WFPB-s.o.s). Any packaged, processed food I consider buying is first scrutinised by studying the nutritional information label on the package. 80%+ of the edible products in the supermarkets, for instance, are processed and packaged "foods" containing excess salt, oil and sugar.
I exercise regularly, drink plenty of pure water, and sleep well. I do not drink alcohol (after a lifetime of "social" drinking), caffeinated drinks, take drugs, or drink any soda drinks or processed fruit juices. My health is very good, my relationship with my wife is stable and loving. I live a life I could only dream of a decade ago.
I weighed 196 lbs. at age 66. With a a lot of research and a little effort, my weight at age 74 is holding steady at 156-160 lbs, which was my weight was at age 45. Everyone is capable of making this transformation but science-backed knowledge is the key to success.
The intent of this website is to give you the information and insight you need to transform your own life. If you are a patient (but not like in a hospital) person and take small, steady steps toward your goals, you can and will achieve the same results that I have.
